As near as we could get to the Excel centre, we certainly made our feelings plain as leaders drove away in their limosines escorted by police outriders just a few yards from us.
I didn't bother taking photos of the leaders, it was the demonstrators I felt important such as the young girl who'd come all the way down from Liverpool on her own because she felt it to be important to protest.
