Once again the despicable Government sponsored international Arms Fair was held in London Docklands at the Excel Centre. East London Against the Arms Fair (ELAAF) and supporters were there to protest - later in the day I went to Reclaim the Future 5 at a venue to be announced on the day

I took part, with 70 others, in the opening ride
of the Pennine Cycleway which stretches 350 very hilly miles from Derby to Berwick, mainly on little roads, cyclepaths & tracks. But first I cycled to Derby and after cycled back from Berwick to Colne, doing a total of over 700 miles in 13 days. For more info on the Pennine Cycleway, see the Sustrans website
